According to the latest Mickey Monitor, the newsletter for Annual Passholders, the Frozen experiences at Epcot will open in Summer 2016, instead of Spring. Both 'Frozen Ever After' and 'Royal Sommerhaus' are listed as opening this Summer! Soft openings should still be held in Spring 2016.
