There are two new features coming soon to MyMagic+. Firstly, beginning in April 2016, guests will be able to make additional FastPass+ resevations using the My Disney Experience app. This will mean that guests will no longer have to go to in-park kiosks to book additional reservations once the initial three have been used.
Secondly, Disney is expected to soon roll out StoryMaker, the interactive component of MyMagic+ whereby guests information are used throughout attractions and entertainment to make the guest experience more magical! For example. in the 'its a small world' attraction, the ride may know the exact location you have travelled from, or a meet and greet with a character may allow them to greet guests by name. StoryMaker is already being tested.
It is not announced when exactly these two new additions will become live in the parks.
