The Soarin' attraction at Epcot has re-opened for a final flight on the old Soarin' Over California film, before it is upgrade on 17th June. Within 5 minutes of park opening, WDWMagic was reporting that standby queue were over 2 hours long! The attraction has been closed for 6 months to allow for a new theater to be implemented, and upgrades to be performed on the existing facility.
The queue has had minor changes, including new carpet, wall coverings, and a TV screen near the entrance. The third concourse, C, is now open. All theaters now have digital projections too.
