WDWMagic user, danlb_2000, is reporting that Disney has recently filed for permits to begin construction on building a new family raft ride at Typhoon Lagoon water park. Disney rarely adds to its water parks, with Blizzard Beach never being expanded or added to since its opening in 1994. Typhoon Lagoon's last addition was 8 years ago with the introduction of Crush 'n' Gusher. Disney has not officially announced anything yet.
