Last night, Sunday 12th May 2016, 49 people were shot dead at the Pulse nightclub in downtown Orlando. As a response to this, Disney will be flying all US flags at half mast until midnight on 16th June. In a statement, Bob Iger, Chairman and CEO of Disney said; "We are all heartbroken by the tragic and horrific events in Orlando, and offer our thoughts, prayers and support to everyone in our community affected by this senseless act.". As you can expect, security and bag checks have been increased at all Disney parks.
