Currently at Animal Kingdom park only, if a guest fails the bio-metric scan at the entrance to the park multiple times, they are sent over to guest relations, where they will be asked some basic questions - such as length of ticket, full name etc. Once these questions have been asked, a CM will take a picture and link it to their ticket. This means that if the bio-metric scan fails at another park, or on another day, a photo will be attached to the guests ticket. If this test proves successful, then the system is expected to be rolled out to the other parks in early March 2015.
