TEA and AECOM Publish 2014 Report

TEA and AECOM have today published their 2014 global attraction attendance reports. It tracks the changes in attendance per year. Disney Co, Universal, and other large organisations do not provide offical attendance records, so the TEA/AECOM reports are only guestimates on attendance at the parks.

As in previous years, the Magic Kingdom is still the worlds most visited theme park, with over 19.3 million guests attending in 2014! This is a rise of around 4% compared to 2013. Epcot at WDW also saw a rise to nearly 11.4 million guest visits, a rise of 2% from 2013. Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom also saw 2% rises, with 10.3 million and 10.4 million guests respectively. Disney's 2 water parks at the Walt Disney World Resort also saw near 2% increases in attendance, with Typhoon Lagoon remaining on top with 2.1 million visits, compared to Blizzard Beach with just under 2 million visits.
