Are Extra Magic Hours being stopped??

Is Extra Magic Hours going to be stopped for 2016? The provisional operating schedule, which is distributed to travel agents ahead of official publications, doesn't list any Extra Magic Hours for 2016. Obviously, this schedule is provisional, so is subject to change - Disney may just be finalising the EMH schedule. EMH was been a resort guest benefit since 2004, and allows resort guests to be in the parks before and after standard offsite guests admission.
On the Downtown Disney Hilton website, it also states that Extra Magic Hours is 'a magical guest benefit for stays through December 31 2015' - which also hints that EMH may be stopped for 2016.
This should be taken as speculation at the moment, but is looking likely that Extra Magic Hours will be discontinued for 2016.
