Independence Day 2015 at Walt Disney World!

Tomorrow, 3rd July 2015, will mark the beginning Walt Disney World's 2015 Independence Day celebrations! The resort will host special fireworks displays, and limited time meet and greets and concerts to celebrate this occasion.

In the Magic Kingdom, Disney will persent "Celebrate America! A Forth of July Concert in the Sky" at 9pm on the 3rd and 4th of July. This is the biggest fireworks show presented by Walt Disney World, not only using the standard Wishes! launch sites, but also the perimiter launch locations, the island on Seven Seas Lagoon, and also the Electrical Water Pageant barges to provide a light show and audio to those watching from the Magic Kingdom resorts. The Magic Kingdom will be opne from 8am until 1am on 3rd July, with EMH from 1am through 3am. The park will re-open on 4th July at 8am and will remain open until 1am.

Epcot will be presenting the July 4th finale to IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at the scheduled time on 4th July. The park will be open from 9am through 10pm, with EMH until midnight. A special limited time concert from Voices of Liberty will be performed at the American Garden Theater at 12:30pm, 1:45pm, and 3pm, and will move to the American Adventure pavilion for the 4:15pm and 5pm showings. Special character greetings will also be available at various times throughout the day near to the American Adventure.

Disney's Hollywood Studios will be presenting their "Rockin' Fourth of July Celebration" fireworks specacular at 10:15pm on 4th July. The standard Frozen Fireworks will be presented as scheduled on 3rd July. On 4th July, DHS will be open from 9 am through midnight. Extra Magic Hours from 8am.
