'Blue Sky Cellar' preview area coming to DHS?

It is confirmed that Hollywood Studios will be undergoing a huge expansion project over the coming years, but we are yet to know any further details about this overhaul of the park... It is expected that more information about Disneys plan for the park will be heard at the D23 event in August...
The 'Magic of Disney Animation' attraction closed yesterday at the Studios, and nothing has been confirmed to replace the attraction that suddenly closed. Many sources suggest that this building may be used as a preview and progress center for the expansion - much like Disneylands 'Blue Sky Cellar' when California Adventure was being remade. You can expect to see designs, concept art, models and more as part of the expansion preview...
